Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Cancellation, Reschedule & Refund Policy

 

Please note that each procedure requires a deposit of £150, which must be paid at least 5 days before your appointment date to secure your booking. This deposit covers the consultation (including phone call, assessment of client images, provision and review of forms, health and medication screening, patch test preparation and postage, and other administration)—all of which are now part of a paid process.

A £60 fee will be deducted from your deposit in the event of cancellation, including if you are assessed as unsuitable for treatment due to medical reasons, allergic reaction to the patch test, or a change of mind. Cancellations and one reschedule request are accepted only by text to 07547 667275 and must be made no later than 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations later than 48 hours before the appointment will result in loss of the entire deposit.

 Payment confirms that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.

To proceed efficiently, please:

  1. Find the next available appointment (using the provided booking link)

  2. Pay the deposit

  3. Complete and return the required forms at least 5 days before your appointment

  4. Receive your patch test by post and apply it as instructed

  5. If there are no contraindications in your forms, your appointment will be confirmed

Patch testing is not performed in person, and appointments are only accepted at least five days in advance to allow time for all steps.
